Motorbike Radiator Repairs
One of the most damaged parts of a motocross bike is the radiators. Typical to there positioning and plastic guards holding them in place, one slight stack can bend, twist and even crack fittings or the radiator core.
Our in house radiator guy can almost fix any damaged radiator. Once straightened we then pressure test to check for leaks. If the radiator is leaking and depending were the damage is, there’s 2 ways we can go about the radiator repair process;
- Tig welding (tanks, side bands and hose fittings)
- Aluminium rods with oxy (header plate and tube leaks)
A good option for you motocross radiators is to weld all around the tanks and hose fittings for added extra strength.
